What happens after my free trial? +
After your first 3 free submissions you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data and settings are never deleted — pick up exactly where you left off.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as a client? +
A client is any person who submits your intake form. If the same person submits for two different tax years, that counts as two clients. Add-on pricing applies if you go over your plan's limit.
Do I need to be technical to set this up? +
No. You set up your firm in under 10 minutes — firm name, GHL webhook URL, and your preparers. That's it. No code, no servers, no technical skills required.
What is the GHL webhook and do I need it? +
GHL (GoHighLevel) is a CRM platform. The webhook connects your intake form to GHL so client submissions automatically create contacts and fire your automated workflows. It's optional — the intake form and Drive automation work without it — but highly recommended if you use GHL.
Can I cancel my annual commitment early? +
Annual and 6-month plans are commitments — you're billed for the full period upfront. You can cancel to prevent renewal but the current period is non-refundable.
